Wednesday Night Cooking - Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe

Recipe: Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken meat, shredded
- 1 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce of your choice
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional, for extra cheesiness)
- Chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit (220 degrees Celsius).

2. In a blender, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce. Blend until the mixture reaches your desired consistency. If you prefer a chunkier dip, pulse the blender a few times instead of blending continuously.

3. If you want an extra cheesy dip, mix in the shredded cheese into the blended chicken mixture.

4. Pour the mixture into an aluminum cake or pie pan, filling it about 2/3 of the way full. Smooth out the top with a spatula.

5. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and the dip is heated through. Keep an eye on it to avoid overcooking.

6. Once the dip is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

7. Sprinkle chopped chives on top of the dip as a garnish. The chives will add a fresh and vibrant flavor.

8. Serve the buffalo chicken dip warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your favorite dippers. Enjoy!

Note: Feel free to adjust the buffalo sauce quantity to your desired level of spiciness. You can also experiment with different cheeses or add additional toppings, such as diced tomatoes or sliced jalapeños, to customize the dip according to your taste preferences.
